Please read this policy carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase on PriceIsKing.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. Digital Products — ALL SALES ARE FINAL
The majority of products sold on PriceIsKing.com are digital goods, including software indicators, license activations, downloadable ebooks, courses, and other electronically delivered materials.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, ALL SALES OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on digital products under any circumstances once the product has been downloaded, accessed, or its license has been activated.
This applies to, without limitation:
- NinjaTrader indicators and any other trading software or scripts
- License keys and machine-ID activations
- Ebooks, guides, PDFs, and other downloadable documents
- Online courses, video content, and membership access
Before purchasing, we strongly encourage you to:
- Review the full product description, requirements, and any free previews or demonstrations
- Confirm your platform and software are compatible (e.g., NinjaTrader 8)
- Contact us with any pre-purchase questions via our Contact Us page
If you experience a technical problem that prevents a digital product from installing or functioning as described, contact us within 7 days of purchase via the Contact Us page. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue (for example, by providing installation support, troubleshooting, or a replacement download or license). Resolution of a verified technical defect does not entitle you to a refund.
2. No Guarantee of Trading Results
Trading and educational products are sold for educational and informational purposes only. Dissatisfaction with trading results, market performance, or the profitability of any tool or strategy is not grounds for a refund. Please review our Full Risk Disclosure before purchasing.
3. Physical Products (if applicable)
The following terms apply only to physical, shippable products, in the event we offer any. They do not apply to digital products, which are governed by Section 1 above.
Eligibility for a refund:
- You may request a return for refund within 30 days of the invoice date.
- You may request a return for replacement within 60 days of the invoice date.
- A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply where the return is due to customer error.
Conditions:
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, obtained by contacting us via our Contact Us page. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days.
- Items must be returned in original "as new" condition with all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
- Items that are physically damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition are not eligible.
- Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping costs and insurance are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
- Please allow 2–7 business days to process an authorized return.
4. Order Discrepancies
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, contact our Customer Service team within 7 business days of delivery via the Contact Us page. For physical items, we may request:
- A photo of the packaging
- A photo of the packing list
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
A representative will review and respond within 48 hours.
5. Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us via the Contact Us page as soon as possible. Digital products that have already been delivered, downloaded, or activated cannot be cancelled or refunded.
6. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with an order, please contact us first — we are happy to help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, in violation of this policy, may result in suspension of your account, deactivation of any associated licenses, and forfeiture of access to purchased products.
7. Consumers in the EU / UK
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content. At checkout you are asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once download or access begins. By checking that box and completing your purchase, you provide that consent. Where you have done so, digital products are non-refundable in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
