Uniform NinzaRenko-style bricks
Brick Size sets the body height; Trend Threshold sets how far price must travel to continue. The reversal distance is derived automatically (2× Brick − Trend), so every brick body stays the same size.

Import the add-on
One NinjaScript import. Then set your chart's Type to PIK Renko Premium in the Data Series window.
Pick your math
Set Brick Size and Trend Threshold (e.g. 8/4). The reversal threshold is handled for you, so bricks stay uniform.

Is this an indicator or a bar type?
It's a custom NinjaTrader 8 Bar Type plus a companion Chart Style for the visuals. You select the bar type in the Data Series window and the matching chart style from the chart-style dropdown.
Does the current brick "repaint"?
Like every Renko chart, the forming (last) brick updates as price moves until it completes — that's how Renko is defined, not a defect. Completed bricks are fixed. If you automate on Renko, test on live/replay data, not just historical bars, since the forming brick behaves differently in real time.
How do Brick Size and Trend Threshold work?
Brick Size is the body height in ticks. Trend Threshold is how far price must move past the prior close to print a continuation brick. The reversal distance is derived automatically so all bodies stay equal. Best practice: keep Brick Size larger than the Trend Threshold and a multiple of it (8/4, 15/5, 20/5).
Can I use my own colors?
Yes. The Custom theme gives you full color pickers, and every theme works with the glow, outline and wick toggles plus the bar gap & width controls.
Will my indicators work on it?
Standard indicators read the brick Open/High/Low/Close/Volume normally. Note that time-based studies behave differently on any Renko chart, because Renko is built from price movement, not time.
What platform do I need?
NinjaTrader 8. The bar type works across instruments and timeframes that support tick-based bar construction.
